Training Staff

Graduated from Garden City High School, in Garden City, MI. Having an affinity for technology from an early age I applied that to a drafting course and became MDOT certified in Drafting & Rendering. Moving on to college, I attended Concordia University of Ann Arbor in Ann Arbor, MI . Whilst there I headed a study conducted by the university’s Academic Resource Center using a simple blind method to compile data on whom the A.R.C. was helping more based on sheer demographic. This study involved the use of various Microsoft Programs. In 2021 I began working in telecommunications for one of the largest telecommunications companies in the world - AT&T I worked my way up to store manager and three and a half years later  I began working for Verizon Wireless. Over the last 15 Years I have acquired the knowledge and know how and patience to calmly walk just about anyone through everyday technology.

I am very well rounded and versed in technical troubleshooting. I’ve been in wireless sales for 12+ years, most of such time was spent as a store manager. I have worked for T-Mobile,  AT&T, and currently Verizon.  I am the proud owner of both operating systems, both android OS and iOS.
